        As the ordinance of Qingdao University, it is embodying the requires of 21 century education, which is not only inheriting Chinese civilization but also exhibiting time characteristics. The ordinance is signifying the essential concept of our MBA Education Center profoundly.

        Human resource influences national power, while university determines human resource. University is the cradle to gestate human civilization, while education is one power to improve society development.

        With the sharp development of Chinese economy and the further reformation of social system, there is a urgent demand of business talents who are master both in theory and market running. In order to meet this demand, Qingdao University has been building our MBA Education Center, which takes Shandong byland as base, faces to the whole country, orientates for the first classic MBA brand and serves for area economy as well as social culture. On the condition of steady subject foundation and efficient function system, our MBA Education Center are taking advantage of Shandong byland’s growing up and Qingdao City’s brand resource, whose strategic target is to train business talents who could integrate traditionary Chinese civilization with modern corporation management.
